Lake Reynovia is a 184-home subdivision in Albemarle County located to the southeast of Charlottesville. Avon Street Extended forms the neighborhood's eastern border. The Mill Creek neighborhood encircles it on all other sides. The neighborhood's mix of townhomes and detached houses were largely constructed in the 1990s. A community center features a 25-meter swimming pool, tennis courts, a weight room, and a playground.[1]
