Kendra Hamilton served one term on City Council. During her term on Council she was the body's liaison to the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority. [1]
She voted against the Piedmont Family YMCA being located in McIntire Park. [2]
She used to be a member of the Board of Directors for Live Arts.[citation needed]
In August 2003, she was president of the Rose Hill Neighborhood Association. [3]
