Julian M. Bivins Jr is the Jack Jouett District representative to the Albemarle Planning Commission. He was appointed by the Board of Supervisors in January 2018.[1] Bivins previously worked in the UVa Office of Development and Public Affairs.[2]
Bivins was selected as chair of the Planning Commission on January 14, 2020. [3]
