Jon Fink is a former member of the Charlottesville Planning Commission. He was appointed on August 4, 2003 to fill a vacancy despite opposition from Councilor Rob Schilling. [1] That term expired on August 31, 2006 and he was reappointed to an additional term but did not complete it. [citation needed]
