John Conover is a former member of the Charlottesville City Council and a current member of the Live Arts Board of Directors[1]. He is the staff attorney for the Legal Aid Justice Center's Civil Advocacy Program. Conover is also an elected member of the Thomas Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District, representing Charlottesville.
