Joan Fenton is the owner of Quilts Unlimited on the Downtown Mall and a former member of the Charlottesville Board of Architectural Review. [1] [2] She is the chair of the Downtown Business Association of Charlottesville. [3]
In 2002 Fenton challenged unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination to City Council. [4] Fenton was chair of the [[Board of Architectural Review]] in November 2003. [5]
