The Jefferson Area Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan is a document coordinated by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission with support from the Piedmont Environmental Council.
The plan was adopted by the Charlottesville City Council and the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors in July 2019. [1]
