The Ix Project is a 17 acre mixed use development in downtown Charlottesville, located in the old Frank Ix & Sons factory. The project is two blocks from the Downtown Mall, and currently has 28 commercial tenants, as of 2011. The project was developed by Allan Cadgene, Ludwig Kuttner and Gabe Silverman[1].
