The Ivy Materials Utilization Center (MUC) is a waste transfer station, a facility for trash aggregation before transfer to a landfill. It is owned and operated by the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority.

The MUC is on the site of the former Ivy Landfill, which filled in 1998 and was closed in 2001 under pressure from a community lawsuit.
