Gus K. Tebell was a former member of the Charlottesville City Council [1] He served at least one term as mayor.

1946 election

Tebell and Roscoe Adams were the winners in the 1946 election for City Council. [2]

1950 election

Tebell was the top vote-getter in the April 4, 1950 Democratic Primary. [3] He and William R. Hill were elected. [4]
