Gahagan & Bryant Associates was retained in 2008 by Citizens for a Sustainable Water Plan to assess the costs and feasibility of dredging the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir. Despite recommending that the community conduct a dredging feasibility study, they were not one of two finalists selected by a Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority committee to interview for the job[1].
