Frederick S. Middleton III is the founder and Executive Director of the Southern Environmental Law Center, an environmental advocacy organization, with headquarters in Charlottesville.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Middleton received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and law degree from Yale Law School.
