Edward H. Bain, Jr. is a former member of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors who served until 1994. He dropped out of the race for re-election in the summer of 1993.

Biography

Bain is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College and received a B.A. in history in 1962. He got his law degree nine years later from the University of Virginia. He has served as Commissioner of Accounts for the City of Charlottesville since 2005. He served on the Albemarle County School Board from 1986-1987 before being elected to the Board of Supervisors[1]
