Downtown Crozet

Downtown Crozet is a distinct planning area within the Crozet Master Plan intended to encourage development of downtown Crozet as well as the area immediately north of the Buckingham Branch railroad tracks[1].

The Downtown Crozet District zoning classification was adopted by the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors in June 2008[1].
