Donald J. "Don" Wagner is Vice Chairman and former President of Great Eastern Management.
He was an appointed member of the Albemarle County Service Authority Board of Directors for the Rio Magisterial District from August 1984 to December 2009 [1]. He also served as Chairman of the ACSA Board.
