Franco is the founder of Community Results, a firm he created after leaving [[KG Associates]. That firm counts Rivanna Village, Cascadia and Glen Oaks among its recent developments [1] [2]
Planning commission
Franco was first appointed to the Commission by Supervisor David Slutzky (D-Rio) on March 4, 2009 to complete the term of Jon Cannon, who resigned to pursue appointment as Deputy Commissioner of the Environmental Protection Agency in the Obama Administration[1].
Franco was reappointed to the Commission in January 2010[3].
