Dave Norris is a candidate for re-election for Charlottesville City Council in the election on November 3, 2009. He is currently the Mayor of Charlottesville and was elected in 2008. Dave Norris currently works as Executive Director of PACEM, an interfaith ministry for the homeless; he previously was employed as the Associate Director of Madison House and the Interim Director of PHAR (the Public Housing Association of Residents).
