Cville Plans Together is the name of an initiative coordinated by Rhodeside & Harwell to update Charlottesville's affordable housing plan, Comprehensive Plan, and zoning code. They were the sole firm to respond to a request for proposals issued by the City of Charlottesville on June 24, 2019.
