Charlottesville business ventures

Capshaw has been heavily involved in real estate development in the Charlottesville area, to both the delight and dismay of local citizens; the addition of the Charlottesville Pavilion and the ongoing plans to add a nine story building near the Downtown Mall have garnered complaints from Charlottesville natives. Capshaw also owns restaurants on the Downtown Mall, including Blue Light Grill, Enoteca, Mas, Mono Loco, and Ten. [1]

Since 2008 Capshaw has been involved in the construction of the Fifth Street Station between Fifth Street and Avon Street.[2]
