The school features a personalized, small group setting and utilizes William Glasser's Choice Theory in order to promote self-esteem and self-management. The school allows no student to fail, instead working with each student toward success in learning essential skills.<ref name="CPCS" /> CPCS will move to the Murray High School campus in the fall of 2015.
