Clement "Kim" Tingley is a Director with the Thomas Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District. Mr. Tingley is a founding director of the Capitol Region Land Conservancy in Richmond and a founding director of Virginia Forever, the only statewide organization that advocates for increased government funding for water quality improvements and land conservation across the Commonwealth.
