Dr. Clara Belle Wheeler is an Albemarle County resident property owner and political activist.

Properties

Wheeler is the indirect owner of the Meadowbrook Shopping Centre, home of the The Tavern, Anderson's Carriage Food House, and other retail businesses.[1] When first taking over this property from her mother's estate in 2002, Wheeler brought several suits against tenants in the Center,[2] eventually forcing The Tavern out in 2011.
