The Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Transportation (CHART) Plan Citizen Advisory Committee develops and recommends updates to the long-range CHART Plan.

The committee comprises 13 members. Four members are city appointments, four are county appointments and three are MPO Policy Board appointments.
