The Charlottesville-Albemarle Early Education Task Force was created in the summer of 2015, following an early childhood education summit hosted by the United Way Thomas Jefferson Area and Charlottesville Tomorrow. Comprised of schools, local government and community leaders, the group's aim is to provide preschool to all children in the Charlottesville Albemarle area who live with risk factors[1].
