[[Chad Ratliff]] is Assistant Director of Instruction and Innovation Projects for [[Albemarle County Public Schools]]. [[Chad Ratliff]] is principal of [[Murray High School]] and the [[Community Public Charter School]]. He was appointed in June 2017 after serving as the Director of Innovation and Instructional Programs as [[Albemarle County Public Schools]].


Ratliff oversees career and technical education, project management, as well as research and development for [[Albemarle County Public Schools]]. He also establishes and develops community and business alliances.  Ratliff is a member of [[Charlottesville Future Fund]] and a Virginia Board of Education appointee to the State Advisory Committee for CTE. He is co-founder of Spencer L. Chang Foundation and co-founder of a real estate investment firm. Ratliff is a member of the 2010-2011 [[Leadership Charlottesville]] class.<ref>Ross, Jann.
