The Residents' Bill of Rights is a document that guarantees a continued place within the city's public housing stock to all residents during the redevelopment of the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority's 376 units. It was adopted by the CRHA's Board of Commissioners in November 2008, and approved by the City Council on December 15, 2008[1].
