The Boar's Head Inn is a resort hotel owned by the University of Virginia Foundation. Since purchasing the property in 1988, the Foundation has invested nearly $20 million to upgrade the Inn[1].

A fire on December 21, 2019 severely damaged a free-standing sauna building. [2]
