The Blue Trunk Foundation is a Charlottesville-based non-profit organization that provides travel-assistance to people with disabilities. The group was founded by Rupa Valdez in 2015. Valdez is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences at the University of Virginia. [1]
