Democrat Blake Caravati served as Mayor of Charlottesville from 2000 to 2002.
Meadowcreek Parkway
Caravati has described himself as the "swing vote" on the Meadowcreek Parkway[1].
"I had campaigned against it-- then changed my mind as an elected official," Caravati said.
