Blake Caravati is the owner of Vector Construction and serves on the board of Piedmont Council for the Arts and Offender Aid and Restoration. [1].

Caravati served on City Council from 1999 to 2006 and was Mayor of Charlottesville from 2000 to 2002. He was elected as Mayor on July 3, 2000. [2]
