The Barry & Bill Battle Building is building under construction on West Main Street as part of the University of Virginia's Children's Hospital. The University of Virginia Foundation successfully applied for a change to the zoning ordinance to allow the structure to have a lower street wall[1].
The building has a cost of $141.5 million and is expected to be completed by the spring of 2014. [2]
