The Afton Express is a proposed bus service that would travel between Staunton and Charlottesville. It would be operated by BRITE Transit. [1]

Background

The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors approved a letter of support at their meeting on January 15, 2020. [2]

The Augusta County Board of Supervisors considered the item on January 22, 2020. [3]

The Waynesboro City Council considered a letter of support at their meeting on January 27, 2020. [4]

Charlottesville City Council will consider a letter of support at their meeting on February 3, 2020.
