African-American Teaching Fellows of Charlottesville-Albemarle is a non-profit organization that recruits and trains African-American students to become teachers in Charlottesville City Schools and Albemarle County Public Schools. Fellows, who are enrolled in a college or university, can receive scholarships totaling up to $15,000 over three years[1].
