The [[Fifeville Neighborhood Association]] got an update on the development at their meeting on [[May 9]], [[2024]]. Several changes to the design of buildings were communicated such as a shift to ground floor parking for both. Building A has been moved further back from Cherry Avenue. The grocery store space will be in Building A rather than Building B. The [[Music Resource Center]] is still expected to be part of the development, but [[Twice Is Nice]] is no longer involved. There will be 71 apartments and all will be income-restricted. <ref name="FNA-may-2024" />
