On November 3 2009 elections will be held in Charlottesville and Albemarle County for state and local offices and representation.
Charlottesville government
City Council
Two at large seats on the City Council will be contested among four candidates. Two Democrats, incumbent and mayor Dave Norris, and Kristin Szakos are on the ballot with two independents, Bob Fenwick and Paul Long[1]. Andrew Williams is also running as a write-in candidate[2].
