1201 Druid Ave is a proposed four story, sixteen unit apartment building to be developed by Shimp Engineering.[when?]

The developer sought a Special Use Permit to allow residential construction within the existing HW zoning.

A community meeting was held on September 11, 2017 during a regular session of the Belmont-Carlton Neighborhood Association.[1][2]
