Woodard Properties is a real estate development firm in Charlottesville that was founded in 1981. The company first focused on student housing but has branched out into construction of other housing styles over the past thirty years. [1]

Properties
In 2003, the company purchased four properties in the 100 block of East Main Street on the Charlottesville Downtown Mall. Those properties had previously been owned by D&R Development, which had planned a redevelopment that involved moving the structures. [2]
The company also attempted to develop a city-owned property on Water Street called West2nd.
