William Harbaugh

William Harbaugh was a history professor at UVA from 1966 to 1990. [1] He was a noted Theodore Roosevelt historian and passed away in 2005. [1]
His wife was Wayne Harbaugh, a one-time executive director of the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission. [2]
