White v. Charlottesville is a lawsuit against the City of Charlottesville seeking to overturn the zoning ordinance adopted on December 18, 2023 following the Cville Plans Together process.[1]
Charlottesville Circuit Court Judge Claude Worrell is presiding over the case.
