Vu Nguyen is the owner of Zinc Bistro and the Moto Pho Co., two now-closed restaurants on West Main Street in Charlottesville. [1] Nguyen also worked at the Soul Kitchen in Chicago and former Charlottesville restaurant Cassis.[2]
