The Virginia Guesthouse is a proposed 223,000 square foot component of the Emmet / Ivy Corridor at the University of Virginia.
The proposal was for 215 rooms and 28,000 square feet of conference center space. The project was designed by Deborah Berke Partners & Hanbury [1] [2]
