The Virginia Coalition of High Growth Communities, or High Growth Coalition, is a membership association representing the fastest growing cities, counties and towns in Virginia. It was founded in 1999 by local elected officials concerned with the high cost of residential growth and Loudoun County was among the charter members and participated in the effort to form the coalition.[1]

The organization does not view itself as a public body subject to Virginia open meeting requirements.

Albemarle County is a member.[citation needed]
