Vibrant Community Fund

The Vibrant Community Fund refers to the funding mechanism by which Charlottesville government provides grants to nonprofits. It was created after Charlottesville City Council opted to leave a joint process with Albemarle County soon after 2018. [1]
The criteria for the fund was to have been determined by a report crafted by the nine-member Measurement and Solutions Group.
