Treesdale Park is a community on Rio Road East in Albemarle County between Towne Lane and Stonehenge Road that was shepherded by the Albemarle Housing Improvement Program and built by Pinnacle Construction.
The original plans called for an 88-unit multi-family community with three multi-story buildings containing a mix of both two and three-bedroom apartments. [1]. [2]
The project is being constructed by the Albemarle Housing Improvement Program. All units rental to residents who earn below 60 percent of the area median income.

Timeline
- August 28, 2007 – Preliminary work session before Albemarle County Planning Commission for a proposed rezoning from R-4 to Planned Residential Development. [3]
