The Vue is a planned 126-unit apartment complex being built by an affiliate of Pinnacle Construction. The firm is set to purchase the property from the Piedmont Housing Alliance. Many in the Crozet community are concerned about the density of the by-right development and are concerned a historic house will be demolished to make away for the development. [1]
Managed by Park Properties Management Company, The Vue provides one and two bedroom apartments with communities amenities, located off Blue Ridge Avenue in Downtown Crozet. [2]
