As of October 2019, signage indicated the building was offering leases through University Apartments for the 2020-2021 academic year. Apartments were priced at $2,600/mo for 2 bedrooms ($1,300/bedroom) or $3,600/mo for 4 bedrooms ($900/bedroom).[2]
