Regarding need for citation: As of April 9, 2021, unable to provide image of Charter Book page. As part of the 2019 Courthouse renovation, Charter Books for that time period among documents removed from the Courthouse. In 2018, I copied by hand the names from the originial City Charter Book 1:17 as found in the Courthouse basement - records room. City's entry date was April 9, 1889.
