Sources discussion

I am currently trying to get citations on a particular election from 1979 to fact-check something. The main place to go is the Virginia Department of Elections page. This is a page that lists what resources they have. You will note that they only have data from 2000 on. Charlottesville has a page with records of Council elections and not all of those are cited yet. Albemarle doesn't have any elections data that I'm aware of.
