Susan Payne was the President of Payne, Ross & Associates, an advertising agency in Charlottesville, as of May 2021. As of May 2021, she was an at large board member of the Downtown Business Association.[1] On January 1, 2014, she was appointed as the Virginia Tourism Corporation Board of Directors Chairperson for 2014; she was the first female in this position.[2]
