The Senior Statesmen of Virginia (SSV) is a non-profit organization that seeks to promote awareness of public affairs in Central Virginia to senior citizens.[1]
The group holds a candidates forum every election cycle.

2007
For the 2007 general election, SSV had all the candidates for the Albemarle Board of Supervisors and the Charlottesville City Council on hand at one forum on September 12, 2007. [2]
